Will began his journey as an apprentice plumber in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, working long days on the tools and learning the trade from the ground up. After years working for others, Will saw a clear gap in the industry. Too often, plumbing businesses focused on quick fixes rather than long-term relationships. Determined to change that, he founded Proximity Plumbing with a simple goal: to bring professionalism, transparency, and genuine care back into the trade.

What started with one van, a few tools, and a lot of determination has now grown into a thriving company with more than twenty team members. But for Will, success has never been about size — it’s about people. He’s most proud of building a team who share his values and take just as much pride in their work as he does.

Will is a hands-on leader who still visits sites, mentors apprentices, and keeps close to the tools. His background gives him a deep appreciation for the effort behind every job, and his experience as a business owner drives him to keep improving the systems, training, and customer experience that make Proximity Plumbing stand out.

Away from work, Will is a husband to Emily and a proud dad to three young kids. Balancing business and family life hasn’t always been easy, but it’s what keeps him grounded.
